Mr. Larry James Bond, 76, of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, departed this life on Saturday morning, January 18, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
Larry entered this life on November 7, 1943, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, born to the union of James Wheeler and Letta Faye (Bayless) Bond. Larry was a talented upholster throughout his life.
Survivors include his children, Matthew J. Bond of Goodman, Missouri, Kelli Whitehead of Neosho, Missouri and Ronda Bond Friend of Joplin, Missouri; stepdaughter, Carri Klawitter of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two sisters, Thelma King of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Judy Rathbone of Owasso, Oklahoma; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
