John G. Hensley, 75 passed away January 19, 2020 in Carthage, Missouri. John was born September 20, 1944 in Carthage to Jollie Hensley and Martha Mae (White) Hensley.
He was a lifetime Carthage resident and was a Mechanical Engineer for Leggett and Platt where he retired. He was a member of the AF & AM Lodge # 2590 and active in the Little League for several years.
John is survived by three sons; Jamie Hensley and wife Michelle of Joplin, MO, Joseph Hensley and wife Jenny of Waco, TX, and Chris Hensley and wife Christy of Diamond, MO. Six grandchildren; Christopher, Carter, Clay, Marley, Katie and Drew, one great grandchild; Rowan. Two brothers; Danny Hensley and wife Stephanie of Carthage and Mike Hensley and wife Cindy of Covington Georgia.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
