Evelyn Lowe

Evelyn Lowe, 80 died October 23, 2023.

She was born July 11, 1943 to Etta (Harding) and Ira Huffman. They proceeded her in death along with an older sister Dora Drake and a younger brother Mark Huffman.

Evelyn married Jerry Lowe on November 29, 1968. He preceded her in death.







She is also survived by two daughters, Stephannie Neal and husband, Russ of Joplin. Kim Sill and husband Tim of Joplin. Two grandchildren, Johnnie and Loweden Sill of Joplin.

Evelyn worked for Neosho school district for over 19 years, from which she retired.

Evelyn had been battling kidney failure for 7 years.

She was happiest when she was with her family, spoiling the grandchildren or her grand puppies. She was an amazing wife, momma and meme and will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital.

The family will receive friends 6:00 - 7:00pm Thursday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
