Zach Ocheltree

Zachary Kyle Ocheltree, of Lockwood, MO, departed this life on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the age of 41.

He was born on February 10, 1982 in Joplin, MO to Todd Timothy and Lori Janell (Chappell) Ocheltree. Zach graduated from Lockwood High School. He worked as a welder. 

Zach was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed hunting mushrooms. He was a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. Zach loved his family, and was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle.

Preceding him in death was his father, Todd Ocheltree.

Survivors include his daughter, Payton Savannah Ocheltree of Republic, MO; his mother, Lori Ocheltree and fiancé Steve Davis of Lockwood, MO; his brother, Gideon Ocheltree and wife Jennifer of Pierce City, MO; his sister, Paige Ocheltree and partner Braxton Routledge of Lamar, MO; his niece, Amiya Routledge; and a host of other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Greenfield Funeral Chapel. Private family burial will be at Pippenger Cemetery. Services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
