Kelli Kelley

Imogene “Kelli” K. Kelley, 89, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023, at the St. Lukes Nursing Care Center in Carthage. 

Kelli was born on December 30, 1933, in Diamond, Missouri, to Dwight and Mella Kissel. She was a very strong-willed woman and a great salesman. 

During her lifetime, she worked at Newton’s Jewelry, Ramsey’s, and as a hostess at Rafters as well. Kelli was a strong believer of her Christian faith. She liked to garden in her free time.

Kelli was united in marriage to Phillip Kelley; he preceded her in death.

She is survived by Martin Lown (Nancy), nephew, Wayne Lown (Jana), nephew, Warren Lown (Elaine), nephew, Barbara Lown Robertson, niece, and Charles Kissel, nephew.
