William Fry

William Andrew Fry, aged 82, entered into eternal rest on October 24, 2023. He was born on November 12, 1940, to his parents, Decen Fry and Sarah Watkins Fry, in Adair County, Oklahoma. William was a graduate of the Neosho High School Class of 1959 and embarked on a career in maintenance at various companies. He held membership in the Silver Moon Full Gospel Church and found joy in attending car shows with his son and great-grandchildren, Andrew and Joshua. 

Woodworking was one of his passions, and he was an active member of the Masonic Lodge Neosho, where he served as the past Master of Neosho Lodge and the past Deputy and Grandmaster. 








William was united in marriage to Carol Gary, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his children: Shiela Workman and husband Mike, Lesa Brown and husband David, and Darrin Fry and wife Sally. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Jerry Fry and Jimmy Fry, and wife Lou. 

In addition to his wife Carol, William was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and five brothers.

A Masonic Service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 5:30 PM, a visitation will follow till 7:30 PM for family and friends at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri. A funeral service to celebrate William's life will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Silver Moon Gospel Church, followed by interment at Granby Memorial Cemetery.








William Andrew Fry will be remembered for his dedication to his family and community. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
