Frances Ruth Hailey, age 92, Altamont, Missouri, formerly of Joplin, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Daviess County Nursing and Rehab Center after a lengthy illness.
Frances was born July 20, 1924 in Denver, Colorado, daughter of the late Eric Ebert and Pearl Alley Ebert. She worked for years as a cashier at the Taco Bell on Rangeline in Joplin, and attended Carl Junction Assembly of God.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Billy G. Hailey; two brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Hailey and wife Carol of Altamont, Missouri, Donald Hailey and wife Betty of Post Falls, Idaho, daughters, Pam Toole and husband Devon of Joplin, Phyllis Franklin and husband Jerry of Lacy, Washington, and Sandy Cavalin of Bay City, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Saginaw Cemetery with Pastor Chip Hailey officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
