Reta Wilmoth

Reta Joan Wilmoth of Miami, OK passed away Wednesday, January 04, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO. She was 80.

Joan was born August 10, 1936 in McCune, KS to Lloyd and Thelder (Wilson) Bond. She had lived in Miami for 56 Years. She graduated from Carl Junction High School and was a homemaker and Co – Owner of B&L Water Works Supply in Miami, OK.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings Gerald Bond, Marjorie Boar and Virginia Bond and a grandson Tyler Joe Wilmoth.

Survivors include her husband Bill Wilmoth of the home, 4 sons Billy R. Wilmoth, Jr. and wife Bobbi, Timothy Joe Wilmoth and wife Chloe, Troy L. Wilmoth and Kyndal Alan Wilmoth and wife Anessia all of Miami, OK, 1 sister, Linda Crumley of Bixby, OK, 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Miami, OK. Rev. Phil Shyers will officiate. Interment will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Christopher Lane, Shane Wilmoth, Kody Wilmoth, Kalyn Wilmoth, Logan Wilmoth and Kit Garvin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
