Howard Lee Wininger, 75, a lifetime Carthage resident, passed away March 1, 2016,
He was born April 14, 1940 in Carthage, Missouri to Clyde and Gladys (Beckett) Wininger. Howard worked for the Independent Gravel of Carthage.
Howard is survived by one sister Doris Swenson of Riley, Kansas and two brothers Terry Wininger of Carthage and James Wininger of Joplin. The body has been taken for cremation and a private family service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
