Pamela Boursheski

Pamela S. Boursheski, age 50, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at her home, in Carthage, MO of natural causes. Pamela Susan Boursheski was born August 28, 1965 in Monett, MO to Alvin John Boursheski and Helen Marie (Szydloski) Boursheski. She worked as an assembler at Joplin Sheltered Workshop for 20 years.

Survivors include her mother, Helen Boursheski, Carthage; two sisters, Kathy (husband Bob) Merritt, Carthage, Jeanne (husband James) Slaughter, Prairie Village, KS; one brother, Stan (wife Jackie) Boursheski, Peculiar, MO; three nieces, Annie Slaughter, Kansas City, MO, Ashley (husband Tim) Haynes, St. Charles, MO, Lauri (husband Jeff) Gray, Raymore, MO; two nephews, Reed Slaughter, Prairie Village, KS, Scott (wife Tammy) Lightner, Blue Springs, MO; a great niece, Addie Lightner; and great nephews, Travis and Trevor Gray and Brandt Lightner.

She is preceded in death by her father, Alvin Boursheski and a brother, Alan Boursheski.

A rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday evening, March 7, 2016, with a visitation following until 8:00 p.m., in the Knell Mortuary Chapel. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Carthage. Father Jay Friedel will officiate. Interment will follow at Pulaskifield Cemetery.
