Linda G. Killingsworth, age 67 of Joplin, Mo. passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, following an illness. She was born on July 17, 1948 in Grand Prairie, Tx., the daughter of T.B. “Mack” and Opal McGuffey. She worked for ten years as a Private Pay Manager for Integrity Home Care and before that she worked for Jayzee’s in Monett for fifteen years. She married Ray Killingsworth on April 22, 1970 in Monett, Mo. He survives.
Additional survivors include one son: Todd Killingsworth and his wife Rose, of Pierce City, Mo.; four daughters, Debbie Hirschler and husband Tim of Duenweg, Mo., Vickie Gammon of Garland, Tx., Tammy Roberts and Husband Larry of Joplin, Mo. and Bonnie Duley and husband Richard of Joplin, Mo.; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson Michael Schulz, one brother, and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday March 21, 2016 at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Burial will follow at Ozark Memorial Park. Brother Jimmie Copley will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. Sunday at the Mortuary.
