Jerald A. Vaughn, age 81 of Joplin, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at The Gardens in Joplin following an extended illness.
Jerald was born November 08, 1934 to the late Clarence A Vaughn and Dasie M. Campbell Vaughn in Bathgate, North Dakota. He was a retired plumber with the local union.
Jerald married Marlene G. Cline on September 24, 1955 in Rapid City, South Dakota. She survives of the home in Joplin.
Additional survivors include sons, Jerry A. Vaughn, Jr. of Joplin, Wade Vaughn and wife, Sheila of Granby; daughters, Sherry Potter and husband, Rick of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Ellen Porter of Stacy, Minnesota, Laurie Denky and husband Bill of Sturgis, South Dakota and Darla Morris and husband Bob of Texas; three sisters, Connie, Betty and Jean.
Jerald was additionally preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
A memorial visitation is planned for Wednesday, March 30 from 6-7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Four State Cremation, Joplin, Missouri.
