(From Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home)Mr. Steven Lynn Landers, 66, of Webb City, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday evening, October 8, 2022, at Solace House of the Ozarks in Joplin, Missouri.
Steven entered this life on November 28, 1955, in Miami, Oklahoma, son of the late John and Deloris Ann (Watson) Landers. He was raised and attended schools in Joplin, Missouri.
On August 22, 1986, he was united in marriage to Norma Green and together they have shared the last thirty-six years.
Steven was talented in the field of auto body repair, owning The Body Shop, for many years. He enjoyed coaching the Guzzlers softball team, tending to the needs of his property and cooking for his family and friends. In his younger years, he was a Golden Glove Boxer and worked on the Panama Canal while serving in the Army National Guard.
Steven is survived by his wife, Norma Landers of the home; three children, Misty Chiu and husband, Steven, of Hastings-On-Hudson, New York, and Brent Green and Brittany Landers, both of Webb City; four grandchildren, Ella Chiu, Jackson Green, Meadow Hixon and Grayson Chiu; four sisters, Lisa, Gina, DeAnn and Michele; as well as a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Terri Hoffman.
A visitation will be held on Friday evening, October 14, 2022, from 5-7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home. Please consider bringing your favorite story or memory to share.
