Kylie Stevens

Kylie Nachelle Caldwell-Stevens, of Parsons, died unexpectedly Sunday, September 24, 2023 at the young age of 28.

Kylie was born December 21, 1994 at Parsons, a daughter of Kelli Byrd. Kylie attended Meadowview at a young age then Galesburg and Bartlett schools. She spent 3 years attending Erie High School where she was very active on the cheerleading squad and in her studies. She transferred to the Labette County High school for her senior year and graduated early in 2013. She then attended the Labette Community College.

She was united in marriage to Alex Stevens on October 11, 2022.








Kylie was full of life and her attitude was to forgive and move on in life as it’s too short to waste. She had a smile that was fierce and laughter would fill her as she played with her 3 young sons. She will be missed for her caring heart and the sacrifices she made to stay home and take care of her children and work part-time. Her biggest and most precious accomplishment was her three sons who adored her and will forever miss their “Mommy”.

Kylie is survived by: her husband – Alex Stevens, of Parsons, KS; three sons – Julius, Kielen and Jordan Caldwell, all of the home; her mother – Kelli Byrd, of Parsons, KS; her adoptive mom – Rita Perez, of the home; two Brothers – Kaden Ptasznik, and his wife, Madison, of Stark, KS, Anthony Ptasznik, of Galesburg, KS; her maternal grandparents – John and Darina Phillips, Of Okanogan, WA; her Paternal grandmother – Lynda Caldwell of Parsons, KS; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.








Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home; casual clothing is suggested attire. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 Wednesday at the funeral home.
