Francisca Perez Salas, age 59, of Purdy, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in Purdy.
She was born September 17, 1960 in Mexico, the daughter of Maximino Salas and Josefa Gonzales. She was united in marriage to Pedro Perez, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jose Manuel Perez of Rogers, Arkansas and Jose Alvaro Perez of Purdy, Missouri; two daughters, Maria Claudia Perez of Hennessey, Oklahoma and Maria Veronica Perez of Monett, Missouri; two brothers, Alfonso Salas and Juaquin Salas, both of Mexico; one sister, Bernabe Salas of Mexico and ten grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother and one sister.
Francisca grew up and received her education in Mexico. In 1994, she moved to Purdy to make her home. For many years she worked at George’s in Butterfield. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2020 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Father Rahab Isidor will conduct the services. Burial will be at Purdy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett, with visitation going through the night.
