Johnnie Blevins

Johnnie Lee Blevins, 77 of Pineville, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

Johnnie entered this life on May 27, 1942 in Powell, Missouri to the late Glen Lee and Opal Mae (Cooper) Blevins. Johnnie lived in the McDonald County area most of his life and was owner and operator of Blevins Bulldozing. He was also involved in developing real estate and raising and training race horses.

Johnnie enjoyed growing a garden, hunting and riding horses. He was of the Christian faith. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and loved spending time with his family.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Steven Bradley and a daughter; Brenda Kilby.

Johnnie is survived by his wife Carolyn Blevins of the home, two sons; Johnnie Blevins, JR. and wife Kindell of Anderson and Rusty Dalton and wife Dawn of Anderson, four daughters; Jill Buske and husband Brian of Anderson, Angie Atchison of Goodman, Tabitha Fregia and husband Jeremy of Neosho and Karen Spears of Rogers, AR, eighteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends.
