Pamela Jean “Pam” Mitchell, age 57, of Wheaton, Missouri, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born October 26, 1962 in Purdy, Missouri, the daughter of Donnie and Mickey (Harris) Mitchell, who survive. Also surviving are three sons, Josh Bateman and his wife Kallie of Exeter, Missouri, Caleb Trogdon and his wife Tara of Wheaton, Missouri and Michael Clemons and his wife Miranda of Purdy, Missouri; one brother, Scott Mitchell and his wife Traci of Exeter, Missouri; two sisters, Jackie Tichenor of Wheaton, Missouri and Missy Johnson of Neosho, Missouri and five grandchildren.
Pam grew up in the Wheaton area attending school at Wheaton and East Newton. Some of her favorite pastimes were cooking, gardening and going to the creek. She enjoyed birdwatching and loved watching Lifetime shows and soap operas.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton.
