Sandra Ann Myers, 75, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 surrounded by her family at St. Luke’s Nursing Home in Carthage. Sandra was born June 13, 1944 in Carthage, MO to Don and Marjorie “Jones” White. Sandra was a lifetime resident of Carthage. She also attended the First Baptist Church in Carthage. Sandra was a homemaker for most of her life. Sandra’s grandkids were her life; she taught all the grandchildren and their friends how to swim in their family pool.
Sandra was united in marriage to Ronald E. Myers, on June 23, 1962 in Miami, OK. Ronald passed away on December 26, 2014.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jack White; and one sister, Mary Nell Erwin.
Sandra is survived by one son, Kevin Myers of Carthage; two daughters, Kelly McCoy (Kelton) of Carthage and Mishelle Bagby (Justin) of Carthage; one brother, Cecil White (Helen) of Diamond; six grandchildren, Nolan Myers (Ann), Kable Myers (Jason), Levi McCoy (Jamie), Abbey Jones (Brandon), Justice Bagby and Justeen Bagby; six great grandchildren, Casen Myers, Trapper McCoy, Jasper McCoy, Saric Maxey, Baker Jones and Benett Jones.
Graveside services will be held at Fairview Cemetery on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1:00 pm in Alba.
Contributions may be made to the Carthage Humane Society in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
