(From Parker Mortuary)Jesse Alan Wilscam, age 53, Joplin, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022.
Jesse was born June 6th, 1969 in Wichita, Kansas to the late union of Bruce Melvin Wilscam and Donna (Counter) McCullough. He grew up in the Wichita and Augusta, Kansas area.
After graduating in 1987 from Augusta High School, he attended Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming and obtained his associates in Autobody, Collision, and Business Management.
He married Kristine Galgon on October 28th, 1995. He was a stubborn man and liked to do everything his way. Jesse loved music, especially the rock band “Boston”. He loved anything and everything cars, especially American Motors (AMC). He collected model cars and full-size cars. Jesse enjoyed Mountain Dew like it was water. Above everything though, he loved his boys.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandpa, Don Wilscam.
Jesse is survived by his two sons, Chase Wilscam (Ashley) and Hunter Wilscam; ex-wife, Kristine McGrath; brother, Stoney Wilscam; sister, Kristina Roby (Jason); two half-sisters, Ashley Wilscam and Denise Wilscam; step-dad, John McCullough; and numerous extended nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at Headley Funeral Chapel in Agusta, KS at 2:00 p.m.
Cremation arrangements are under the special care of Parker Mortuary.
