Arvel D. “Pops” Berry age 65, of Diamond, Missouri passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Spring River Christian Village.
He was born in Fresno, California to Glen David Berry and Alta May (Howard) Berry. Arvel had many jobs through the years such as a truck driver, a chef, and a groundskeeper. He lived in Hawaii for many years. He moved to California in 1973 where he graduated from high school, and then moved to this area in 1992.
is survived by his sons, Jason Berry and wife Carri of Joplin, MO., David Berry and wife Sabrina of Galena, KS; daughter, Cristal Steffani Berry of Pittsburg, KS.; and a stepson, Robert Aicher of Arcadia, KS; along with numerous grandchildren. Arvel has been taken for cremation. A Niche side memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Pastor David Robinson officiating at Mount Hope Cemetery in Webb City.
