James Earl Hallmark, Jr. 70, passed away in Webb City, Missouri,
James was born in Owensboro, KY to James Earl Hallmark Sr. and Oleghla Hulsey Hallmark. James was a Tool and Dye Maker for the whirlpool corporation for 21 years. He was a member of the Forest Park Baptist Church of Carthage.
James is survived by two sons Jeff Hallmark and wife Tina of Carthage, Jason Hallmark of Denver, one granddaughter Jovalina Hallmark, and a good friend Linda Minardi of Carthage. One sister Dianne Fulkerson and one brother Hugh Hallmark both of Owensboro, KY. The body has been taken for cremation and a private family service will be held in Owensboro, KY at a later date.
