Marion Young (M.Y.) Bennett was born September 6, 1926 in Chelsea, Oklahoma. He entered into rest on June 15, 2016 at his home in Neosho, Missouri at the age of 89 years, 9 months and 9 days. Marion served as a minister since he was 19 years old. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God for over 60 years. He married Marple Ruth Henderson on July 18, 1947 and she preceded him in death. They had three sons together. Later, he married Juanita June Douthitt on June 10, 1995 and she survives.

Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
