Thalia M. Brock, age 71, of Webb City, Mo., passed away on Sunday June 26, 2016, at Freeman West Hospital, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Thalia was born April 25, 1945 in Joplin, the daughter of the late Hiram Kimmerly and Cecil J. Brown. She has been a lifetime area resident. She graduated from Duenweg High School. Thalia was a member of Victory Faith Center. She was an avid coupon clipper.
Thalia is survived by her son Kevin L. Brock and his wife Tricia, Joplin; one brother, Jay Farris and his wife Fayenelle, Webb City, Mo.; four grandchildren, Breanna Eafrati, Preston Eafrati, Brenden Brock, and Lauren Brock; two great-grandchildren, Madison Eafrati and Morgan Ellis; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Victory Faith Center. Reverend Stephen Moser will officiate. Burial will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Thursday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be given to The Victory Faith Center in care of the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
