Doralee “Dee” Marie Haile, age 87, of Lamar, Missouri died Sunday, June 12, 2016, with her family at her side.
Dee was born March 28, 1928 at Fowler, Kansas to Spellman Frank and Marie (Fleming) Paine. She was a member of Lamar First Christian Church, and former member of Buisness and Professional Women’s Association. Dee enjoyed sewing, crafting and making quilts. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids. Dee had worked in several offices throughout her life, including working as a receptionist for Dr. Swearingen.
Dee leaves behind three daughters, Ruth and husband Joe Barry, Omaha, Nebraska, Marilyn Hurst, and Luann and husband Brent Lock of Lamar, Missouri; one son, Robert M. Haile; four brothers, David and wife Debra Paine, Tucson, Arizona, Robert and wife Luann Paine, Branson, Missouri, John Paine, Stillwater, Oklahoma, Tom Paine, Shelby, North Carolina; one sister, Patricia Satterwhite, Aurora, Missouri; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers, William, Stanley and Don Paine, and one infant granddaughter Catherine Barry.
Service will be 11:00 am Friday, June 17, 2016 at Lamar First Christian Church with Mike Gage officiating. There will be a private family burial at Lake Cemetery.
