(From McQueen Funeral Home)Carolyn Fay Pogue, age 74, of Stella, Missouri passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Joplin Gardens in Joplin, Missouri.
She was born May 6, 1946 in Stella, Missouri the daughter of Leon William and Norma Nadine (Ward) Pogue who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were two sisters and a cousin, Kenneth Bailey.
Surviving are several cousins who loved her dearly and her dearest friends who talked to her daily and will miss her very much.
Living in Stella, Missouri all of her life Carolyn received her education and graduated from Midway High School. Working on the farm with her dad, she enjoyed helping with all of the chores, including milking cows, and had a love of all animals. Recently she liked to spend time coloring and always loved reading.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 11, 2021 at Macedonia Cemetery in Stella, Missouri under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton, Missouri. Pastor Gene Robinson will conduct the services.
