(From Clark Funeral Home)Cheryl Ann Neilans was born May 24, 1954 in Norco, California and entered into rest on January 27, 2021 in Joplin, Missouri, after an extended illness at the age of 66.
Cheryl moved to the Southwest Missouri area in 2006 from Oregon. Prior to living in Neosho, she had worked as a pharmacy technician and in retail sales. She enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, collecting angels and her dog, Holly.
She loved life and she loved her family. She had been blessed by the Hillcrest Church of Christ, doing bible studies and worshipping the Lord.
Cheryl and William Gary Neilans were married on September 2, 1972 at Norco, California and he preceded her in death on April 29, 2019.
She is survived by two daughters, Amanda Neilans of Springfield, Missouri and Amber (Alex) Kohler of Neosho, Missouri; six grandchildren, Matt, Ryley, Anna, Christina, LeRoy and Mason and one brother, William Jones of Texas.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, Eldon and Doris (Schearer) Jones.
