Sharon Tracy

Sharon Tracy was born August 13, 1943 in Bates County, Missouri, one of five children to Lee Roy and Edith (Fritz) Miller. She entered into rest on January 25, 2021, following an extended illness at the age of 77. 

Sharon graduated a valedictorian of her graduating class in 1961 and moved to Neosho in 1968 from Kansas City, Missouri. She worked in banking, working at Bank of Neosho and Neosho Savings and Loan and then in sales for the Big Nickel. She raised donkeys and was very active in the Democrat Party. 

She and her husband, Lindell enjoyed square dancing and dressing up for Halloween. Sharon and Lindell Tracy were married in 1963 and he preceded her in death on March 17, 2015. 

She is survived by one son, Brad Tracy and wife, Stacey of Neosho; four grandchildren, Jason Tracy, Aaron Tracy, Dalton Potts and Reba Burt; one great grandson, Jason Tracy, Jr.; two brothers, Oliver Miller and Kenneth Miller and two sisters, Grace Hobbs and Kathy Myers. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two children, Craig Tracy and Sherry Appleman.
