Ginger Lopez

Virginia Kay “Ginger” Culler Lopez, age 59, Joplin, passed away on Thursday January 14, 2021 at her home.

Ginger was born November 21, 1961 in Houston, Texas, daughter of the late Mary Ann Dudro, and was adopted by Homer William Culler and Earla Marie Boudreaux Culler.

Ginger was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Earla Culler, Mary Budro, and a brother, Allen Budro.

Survivors include her sons, Seferino Mendoza Culler of Lufkin, Texas, Homer William Culler, III of Joplin; two adopted sisters, Jessie Lee Rose and Janette Laverne Bodwell; brother, Johnnie Weldon McGee; three sisters, Sheila Marie McGee, Carolyn Denise McGee, and Jerri Ann Stains; eight grandchildren, Homer Culler, Tyler Culler, Brody Culler, Brianna Culler, Marissa Culler, Seferino Culler, Brayden Culler, and Bradford Culler; five daughters-in-law, Sarina, Marie, Lena, Christy, and Jessie; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.

Private services will be held at a later date.
