Kenny Shaw

Kennon Rogene “Kenny” Shaw, Jr, 63, Bronaugh, MO passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Kenny was born March 31, 1957 in Independence, MO to Kennon R. and Joan (Jurdan) Shaw. 

He married Patricia Belcher on December 3, 1976 in Lamar, MO and she survives of the home.

Kenny was raised in Bronaugh and graduated from Bronaugh High School Class of 1975. He worked for Balk Tractor and Equipment for 15 years before going into farming fulltime. One of Kenny’s biggest enjoyments in life was collecting antique two-cylinder John Deer tractors. Kenny also held a private pilot’s license and had a love of flying.








In addition to his wife Patricia, he is survived by four children, Miranda Reynolds (Matthew), Webb City, MO, Kendra Buzzard (Craig), Mindenmines, MO, Kennon Shaw, Bronaugh, MO, and Travis Shaw (Hannah), Bronaugh, MO, four grandchildren: Brooke Buzzard, Zander Buzzard, Colten Reynolds, and Blakely Shaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Worsley Cemetery in Bronaugh with Pastor Bill Platt officiating. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.

Memorials are suggested in his memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital c/o Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
