(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Stephen Nathanael Stockburger, 56, Dec 7, 1964 – Jan. 27, 2021 was called home to Heaven.
Our beloved brother, uncle and friend lost his battle to cancer. Born in Tucson, AZ a true desert rat!
Steve is preceded in in death by his parents Donald and Roseland Stockburger and is survived by his 11 siblings, 20 nieces/nephews, 27 great nieces/nephews.
Steve had many jobs and shared his talented hands with many different jobs, a few of his favorite were working for Four State Supply and Baja Spas.
Steve had compassion for others, a pleasant personality and found happiness in his daily activities, a great sense of humor and laugh. Steve spent many years living between Tucson, AZ and Joplin, Mo. In each place he made many close friends and they would share a few drinks and play music real loud. He loved to go camping, fishing, and hunting.
His favorite place to camp was on the back side of Mt. Lemmon in AZ. His ashes with be spread there by his family.
May he remain forever in our hearts.
