Shirley Jean Creason of Quapaw, OK passed from this life Friday, January 22, 2021 at her home. She was 84.

Shirley was born January 16, 1937 in Picher, OK to Landon Cecil and Neoma (Waters) Turner. She attended Picher-Cardin Schools. She had lived in Quapawsince 2006 moving from Picher, OK.

Shirley worked for Glenn Berry Manufacturing in Commerce, OK for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garlan Wayne Creason, 1 daughter, Glenda McCoy, her parents and 1her brother, Cecil Turner.

Shirley is survived by 2 sons, David Creason and his wife Toots of Quapaw, OK and Denver Creason of Vinita, OK, 2 daughters, Jolene Huffman and her husband Rick of Joplin, MO and Kellie Powers and her husband Rick of Miami, OK, 11 grandchildren , 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK with Rev. Charles Clevenger and Rev. Kristy Bauer officiating. Interment will follow in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Grandsons serving as pallbearers will be Stevy Powers, Gabe Huffman, Camron Paul, Parks Foster, Charlie Creason and Kyle O'Brien.
