Agnes Bowman

Agnes Ann Bowman, 82, Neosho, died December 12, 2014 at Granby House Nursing Home, following an illness.

 Ann was born January 19, 1932 in Ritchey, Missouri, the daughter of Michael and Katherine (Hanlon) Campbell. She was a lifelong area resident and worked as a registered nurse at St. John’s Hospital. Following her nursing career, she became a homemaker and then resumed her career as a manufacturing laborer until retirement. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was a member of the Catholic Church. 

Ann married Winford D. Bowman in 1954 and he preceded her in death on Feb. 19, 2010. She is survived by five children, Cheryl Kauffman; Janet Jennings and husband, Larry; Wendy Cooper; Robert Bowman and wife, Kim and Katie Davidson; two brothers, Bob Campbell and wife, Helen and Terry Campbell and wife, Kay; one sister, Carolyn Witt and husband, Jim; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Greg Bowman; five brothers and three sisters.
