Burton Dean Rea, age 50, of Liberal, MO passed unexpectedly at his home, Friday December 12, 2014.
Burton was born February 18, 1964 at Yuma, Arizona to Jackie Gene Rae, Sr. and Patricia Sue (Riley) Rea. He graduated Liberal High School in 1983 and had previously worked at the Parsons Ammunition Plant. Burton was employed at Liberal Seed and Farm Supply for the past 18 years where he was a multi-talented and highly valued employee who will be missed.
Burton leaves behind his mother, Patricia Rea; one brother, Jackie Rea, Jr.; and a sister, Anna Marie Morris, all of Liberal; two great nieces; one great nephew; and many family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his father, Jackie Rea, Sr. in June of 1983, and his grandparents.
Graveside service was held 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Liberal City Cemetery.
