Claude Hamilton

Claude B. Hamilton, 81, Wyandotte, OK, passed away at 9:11 am, Monday, December 15, 2014 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin after an illness. Claude B. Hamilton was born September 21, 1933 in Ritchey, MO, the son of Charles and Mary (York) Hamilton. Claude was a farmer and owned and operated a logging company. He was a member of Faith Assembly of God in Wyandotte, OK. Claude has a United State Army Veteran.

Claude B. Hamilton married Mary Hembree January 12, 1956 in Neosho, MO, and she survives.
Additional survivors include his children; Sharron Bridges and husband Mike, Grove, OK, Brenda Bridges and husband Doug, Grove, OK, Mark Hamilton, Wyandotte, Dana Smith and husband Ira, Muskogee, OK and John Hamilton and wife Kassie, Joplin; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; one brother, Virgil Hamilton and wife Mary, Seneca and one sister, Sarah Hamilton, Ritchey, MO.

Claude was preceded in death by siblings, Cliff Hamilton, Beulah Haull, Mary Ann Offindorf and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the New Salem Cemetery West of Neosho with Wesley Hembree and Johnny Ray Merriman officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer society in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380 Seneca, MO 64865.
