Elizabeth A. Fleming, age 56 of Oronogo, Mo., passed away early Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Webb City Health & Rehab following an illness.
Elizabeth was born on February 4, 1958, in Joplin, Mo., the daughter of James “Bud” and Eunice (Clifton) Fleming. She has been a lifelong area resident, a member and door greeter at Central Christian Center in Joplin, Mo. through which she also was a part of their Saturday Night Live Church.
Elizabeth is survived by her significant other, John Vonier of the home, one brother, Bud Rolling of Joplin, one sister, Edna Stone-Hancock of Joplin, and many loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother; Bud Fleming, and one sister, Mary Pickens.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at Mason-Woodard. Pastors Hank Deslatte and Doug Wilkerson, will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Joplin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday evening.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
