Melba L. Smallwood, 91, Carthage, passed away Saturday evening, May 28, 2016 at Carthage Health and Rehab Center.
Melba Hartwell was born March 10, 1925 in Altamont, KS to the late Raymond Loyd Hartwell and Gladys (Payne) Hartwell. She is survived by one sister, Georgia Mosler, Altamont, KS. No services have been planned at this time. Online condolences may be expressed through www.knellmortuary.com.
