Dale Bowman

Dale Eldon Bowman, 80, Granby, MO entered into rest January 11, 2021. He was born October 7, 1940 in Washburn, MO to Laura Belle (Smith) and Joseph Hampton Bowman. 

Dale was a veteran of the US Army. He lived most of his life in the Granby-Neosho area. He worked construction at Precious Moments in Carthage for fifteen years and had numerous other jobs in the area. 

Dale was a member of the Granby First Church of God. He loved to golf, his family, his two dogs and cats, and going to his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Dale is survived by his wife, Heidi of the home. Additional survivors include three children, Dale (Junior) Bowman of Granby, Cindy Ward and husband, Danny of Granby, and Darrel Bowman and wife, Jill of Neosho; nine grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, Michael and Brittney Bowman, Christopher Ward, Rosa Smith, Cayla Matthews, Macy Bowman, and Ty Bowman; and 20 great-grandchildren. 

Dale was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosa Leta Bowman on August 5, 1984 and his brother, Joseph (Sonny) Bowman.
