(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Amy Roxanne Fretwell, 49, of Webb City, Missouri passed away on November 18, 2021 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
Amy was born to Douglas Etgen and Linda Carroll on August 14, 1972 in Irving, Texas. She was a long time resident of Salem, Oregon before moving to Missouri.
Amy was a member of her high school band, enjoyed playing golf and going camping, but her favorite thing was being Mimi. She was a member of Hope City Church in Joplin, Missouri and worked as a benefit manager for an insurance consulting agency.
Amy was joined in marriage by Kent Fretwell on August 18, 2018; he preceded her in death on October 27, 2018.
Amy is survived by two sons, Jacob Marx and Dalton Marx, both of Corvallis, Oregon; one daughter, Amber Lasiter and husband, Clayton, of Webb City, Missouri; three grandchildren, Avery Lasiter, Jonathan Lasiter, and Tyler Still; her father, Douglas Etgen of Autaugaville, Alabama; her mother, Linda Marlow of Irving, Texas; and her sister, Kelleigh Fowler and husband, Travis, of Azle, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kent Fretwell; and her step-father, John Marlow.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
