(From Daniel Funeral Home)Mary Louise Kuhn, age 82, of Lamar, Missouri passed away November 13, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
Mary was born June 18, 1939 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Willam Lavurn Fesperman and Martha Lavern (Stinnett) Fesperman. Mary graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with a Bachelor's Degree. On June 2, 1962,
Mary married Larry Lloyd Kuhn in Bokoshe, Oklahoma.
Mary worked as a school teacher, teaching both English and Physical Education. She was a member of the Master Gardeners, Missouri Teachers Association and the Civil War Reenactment.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Betty Kuhn of Lamar, five nieces; Sherie (Michael) Smith of Bokoshe, OK, Kim Kuhn (Fletcher Flynn Wyche-deceased) of Richmond, Virginia, Michelle Kuhn of Kilauea, Hawaii, Christy (Paul) Alberty of Olathe, Kansas, Amy Kuhn of Joplin, MO., four nephews; Bill (Shelley) Ainsworth and Jim (Mittie) Ainsworth all of Bokoshe, OK, Mark (Hazel) Kuhn of Enterprise, Alabama and Jacob Kuhn of Milford, Missouri and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one sister, Shelba Dean Ainsworth and one great-nephew; Cadon Kuhn.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 26, 2021 at Daniel Funeral Home.
