(From Parker Mortuary)Orville Andrew "Andy" Wright, age 86, of Springfield Missouri, passed away quietly on November 20th, 2021, with family at his side.
Andy was born September 26th, 1935, at Sandy Creek, Oklahoma, the son of the late Charlie and Lois "Polly," Wright. Growing up in Oklahoma he left there after high school to join the United States Navy.
He then married the love of his life Nancy Kathleen Habersaat on April 18th, 1966 in Los Vegas Nevada. He immediately became dad to Gary and Ricky. As a family they lived in many interesting places before he retired in Jacksonville, Florida.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy and two sisters, Betty and Lois.
Survivors include his sons Gary W. Adams, Springfield Missouri, Ricky C. Adams (Vicky,) Mt. Juliet, TN. 3 Grandchildren: Jonathan M. Adams, Mt. Juliet TN. Ryan T. Adams, Mt. Juliet TN. Christa N. Edwards (Daniel,) LaVergne, TN. 2 Great Grandchildren: Hailey L Edwards and Charlie E. Edwards LaVergne TN.
