(From Stumpff Funeral Home)Jack Cypret, Rocky Comfort, MO, son of Willard and Dorothy (Herring) Cypret, was born on January, 24, 1938 in Pocahontas, AR and departed this life on November 16, 2021, at the age of 83.
Jack had lived in the area for the past thirty years coming from Phoenix, AZ. He was a roofer by trade however, he was known for tilling gardens for anyone who asked him to.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joyce Cypret; five brothers, Wilford, Carthol, Dickie, Donald and Lemon; six sisters, Genevieve, Reva June, Norma, Dorothy, Patsey and Phyllis; a grandson, Steven; granddaughter, Rachel and daughter in law, Kim.
Survivors include: five sons, Jeff Cypret of Crane, MO, Steve Cypret and his wife, Teresa of Crane, MO, Brian Cypret and his wife, Karen of Washburn, MO, Jack Cypret and his wife, Angie of Aurora, MO and Brent Cypret and his wife, T K of Rocky Comfort, MO; one daughter, Marcia Cypret of Rocky Comfort, MO; one brother, Eddie Cypret of Monett, MO; twenty six grandchildren; sixty three great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Carroll Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Short Cemetery, Hurley, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
