Frank Navarro

Frank L. Navarro, age 71, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

Frank was born on October 15, 1950, in Healdsburg, California, son of Frank G. Navarro and Doris (Macy) Navarro. Frank joined the United States Air Force right after high school. He gave four years of service and spent his life as a HVAC Technician, retiring from Satterlee.









Frank has four children, Samantha L. Navarro, Frank L. Navarro, Phaedra K. LaFarge and husband Laramie, and Cheyenne Navarro, all of which, according to him are responsible for his grey hairs. His eight grandkids, Shannon, Rebecca, Lexyanna, Austin, Jordyn, Daelesa, Tahlara, and Ryan, two great grandkids, Brooklyn and Kasey, all were the light of his life, and he would say “man I feel sorry for people with ugly grandkids.”

Frank has three brothers, Mike (Judy), Ed (Tana), Lyndel (Tammy), and two sisters, Diana (Richard), and Susan.

Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 pm Sunday December 5, 2021, at Leonard Park to celebrate his life. Burial will be 2:00 pm Monday December 6, 2021, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory Joplin, Missouri.
