(From Clark Funeral Home)Mary Elizabeth Embree, age 83, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away at 7:35 a.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021, at the Seneca Care Facility in Seneca, Missouri. She was born February 18, 1938, in Neosho, Missouri, the daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Wright) McDaniel.
Mary graduated high school in Willow Springs, Missouri and worked as a C.N.A. for care facilities. She loved to work puzzles, and spend time with her family, especially holiday get-togethers. She attended Racine Baptist Church.
She is survived by her four children, Dana Wiliams, Sherryl Vineyard, Dennis Margerum, and Kevin Margerum; one brother, Ronnie McDaniel; one sister, Carol Bowman; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, her siblings, Betty Howard, and Leon and Neal McDaniels, preceded her in death.
Arrangements have been conducted by the Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
