(From Parker Mortuary)Donna Louise Koile, age 84, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
Donna was born in Rock Island, IL on September 25, 1937 to the late union of George Dilts and Gertrude (Murphy) Dilts. She obtained her GED from Hawkeye Tech in Waterloo, Iowa. After completing her GED, she went to school and earned her license in Practical Nursing.
On May 16, 1952 she married Swede-Leon Koile in Iowa. Together they had four wonderful children: Debbie, Kevin, Dianna, and Timothy. She loved to be outdoors and fish by the bank. When she wasn’t fishing, she enjoyed decorating and shopping, especially thrift store shopping.
In addition to her parents Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Swede-Leon; daughter, Debbie Koile; granddaughter, Christina Robertson; and two great-grandsons, Gauge Kruse and Grayson Berg.
Donna is lovingly survived by her her three children, Kevin Koile, Dianna Koile, Timothy and Danielle Koile; 20 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery with Clint Silvertooth officiating. The family has requested donations be made out to Parker Mortuary for funeral and burial expenses.
Arrangements are under the special care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
