(From Simpson Funeral Home)Myrtle M Lawrence age 93 of Carl Junction, Missouri passed away November 09, 2021. She was born on January 24, 1928 in Carl Junction, MO to Delmer and Leona (Shafer) Battin.
Myrtle was a member of Waco Christian Church and worked as a seamstress at Elder’s.
She is survived by her children, Claudia Glasser, Margaret Tyler, Laurel Chaligoj, and Ardis Lawrence and her siblings, Melba Watson, Helen Ginlen, and Hope Triplett and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Lawrence on June 15, 2008; and siblings, Phyllis Bendure, Cecille England, Billie Vaughn, Joyce Wilson, Jimmy Battin, and Wayne Battin; and daughter, Lynn Lawrence.
The viewing will be on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Simpson Funeral Home in Carl Junction from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM with the family present from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A graveside service will be at 2:00pm at the Carl Junction Cemetery.
