Leonard Quade

Leonard “Lefty” Quade 82 of Carthage, Missouri passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at his home. 

He was born November 1, 1933 at Golden City, Missouri to Ben and Rosa (Beerly) Quade. He was a retired salesman for Hussmann Co.. Leonard was a Navy veteran and a member of the Carthage V.F.W. post 2590 . He was a member of Center Point Christian Church. 

Leonard was united in marriage to Judith Shields on December 7, 1981 at Miami, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on February 3, 2006. Survivors include two brothers, Ben Quade and Don Quade both of Carthage, MO.. A sister Alene Scott of Golden City, MO.. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a brother Art Quade. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2016 at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.. Burial will be in Fasken Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Memorial contributions can be made to Carthage V.F.W. Post 2590
