Segernia Ann Flowers, 82, of Anderson, Missouri was called to Heaven on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the National Health Care Center in Joplin, Missouri.
She was born on May 17, 1934 in Dove Creek, Colorado to the late William and Frances Waschke. Ann was united in marriage to Noble B. Flowers on June 24, 1952 in Aztec, New Mexico and to this union two children were born. She and her family lived in Cortez, Colorado, Flagstaff, Arizona and Lusk, Wyoming. They settled in Anderson, Missouri in 1978. Ann worked as a medical transcriptionist at Freeman Neosho hospital in the Medical Records Department for several years, later transcribing from home until her retirement. She was a faithful member of the Moss Church in Anderson, Missouri.
Ann is survived by her son, Dusty Flowers and wife, Barb of Chicago, Illinois; special family friend, Lynn Reed of Poplar Grove, Illinois; as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Ann.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Noble Flowers and daughter, Gloria Ann Flowers; a brother Willie Waschke.
Funeral services for Ann will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home with Brother Bob Holloway officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 pm at the funeral home chapel.
