Cody Mettlach, age 25, of Carthage, MO died on Friday, February 17, 2017, near Reeds, MO. Cody was born in Joplin, MO on Saturday, April 06, 1991. He was the son of Roger Able and Lisa Mettlach. Cody graduated from Pierce City High School and from Tulsa School of Welding where he became a welder. He attended the Abundant Life Church in Joplin, MO.
Surviving are the following: his mother, Lisa Mettlach of Carthage MO; his father, Roger Able of Jefferson City MO; his son, Jayce Sifferman of Carthage, MO; two sisters, Heather Fly of Carthage, MO and Jessica Joyce of Carthage, MO; and a host of friends and family.
The family will receive friends at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. After visitation, Cody will be cremated.
