Deborah Lynn Spencer, Joplin, passed away on February 13, 2017 at Freeman West Hospital at the age of 63.
Deborah was born January 7, 1954 in Neosho, the daughter of Sherman and Ona (Hunt) Ball. She came to the Neosho area in 1978 and had worked as a waitress at various restaurants. Deborah married Roger L. Spencer, Jr. on Nov. 11, 1990 in Miami, OK and he survives. Additional survivors include her parents, Sherman and Ona Ball; one son, Jeff Romero; two daughters, Mandy Rhoda and husband, William and Brittani Dallies and husband, Zeith; on brother, Jeremy Ball; one sister, Pamela Ball and eight grandchildren, Kaleb, Jacob, Andrew, Levi, Leah, Eric, Alexis and Jordan.
Services will be Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2 pm at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Pastor Shane Munn will officiate. Interment will follow in the Belfast Cemetery. The family will receive Thursday evening from 6 to 7 pm at the Clark Funeral Home.
