Pearl Gwin

Pearl Ann Gwin, age 84, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away at 11:27 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at the Ash Grove Health Care Facility in Ash Grove, Missouri. She was born May 19, 1936, in Buffalo, Missouri, the daughter of Clyde and Mary Ella (Reese) Bills.

Pearl was a 1954 graduate of Miller High School, in Miller, Missouri and worked in retail sales for R&S Floral in Springfield, Missouri.

On March 19, 1954, she married Ray Edward Gwin. He preceded her in death on September 14, 1981.








Pearl is survived by her four daughters, Terry Bishop and Steve Cates of Lockwood, Missouri, Betty Norman of Springfield, Mary Belle Pittman and her husband, Rick, of Ash Grove and Laurie-Rae Gwin of Springfield; six grandchildren, Sarah Smith and her husband, Elliott, Ashlea Norman, Ray Norman and his wife, Nicole, Molly Baker and her husband, Ried, Morgan Gwin and Dustin Cates; seven great-grandchildren and other family, friends and her dogs, Charley, Teddy and Riley.

Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mary, her husband, Ray, son-in-law, David Bishop and five siblings.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home, in Miller, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at the Miller Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
